Systems Engineering Mindset

The Aircraft Is Only One Part of the Mission.

Reliable unmanned operations require the platform, payload, data link, operator, software, documentation, environment, and sustainment model to work together.

  • Airframe, propulsion, power, endurance, and payload configuration
  • Command-and-control, telemetry, video, and communications architecture
  • Flight-controller, navigation, mission-planning, and ground-station setup
  • Operator proficiency, maintenance procedures, and readiness documentation
  • Test planning, technical evaluation, lifecycle support, and risk reduction

Founder Experience

Military Leadership. Technical Experience. Practical UAS Knowledge.

Patriot Drone Repair & Readiness is led by Joseph M. Riviello, a former U.S. Army Captain with approximately 20 years of military service, overseas operational experience supporting Operation Spartan Shield, and professional experience spanning electronic warfare, signal and communications, cybersecurity policy, information technology, project management, and unmanned systems.

Operational Perspective

Experience supporting missions in Kuwait and Jordan informs a disciplined, readiness-focused approach.

Systems Integration

UAS performance is evaluated across hardware, software, communications, operators, documentation, and sustainment.

Mission-Focused Support

Technical decisions are tied to what the aircraft must accomplish, how it will be operated, and how it will remain supportable.

Service Workflow

A Clear, Controlled, Documented Process.

Every request begins with the mission or problem, followed by the appropriate diagnostic, technical review, scope, approval, execution, testing, and handoff.

STEP 01

Submit the Requirement

Describe the aircraft, issue, mission need, service type, and preferred support method.

STEP 02

Technical Review

We identify the correct path: diagnostic, repair, training, consultation, build, or fleet support.

STEP 03

Scope and Estimate

Required parts, labor, technical approach, schedule, and expected outcome are documented.

STEP 04

Customer Approval

No paid work begins until the proposed scope and next step have been communicated.

STEP 05

Execute and Test

Approved work is completed, configured, documented, and tested as applicable.

STEP 06

Return to Operation

We coordinate pickup, shipping, training, technical handoff, or lifecycle-support actions.

Mission Intake

Tell Us What You Need the Aircraft to Do.

Submit your repair issue, training requirement, fleet need, custom-build concept, or unmanned-platform mission requirement. We will identify the most appropriate next step.
